Sweet Singles Thailand TERM & CONDITION FOR JOINING SILVER PLAN
1. You will be billed monthly for a period
of 10 months at the rate
of 99.99 + USD per month (Included 7 % Tax ), for a minimum of 1 month.
(This mean that you will be billed monthly for the minimum of 1 month and
if you wish to cancel your membership. You must cancel prior to the next month or before
the next payment will be billed
**** The payment that has been paid
is non-refundable. If you have cancelled your membership and later you find more
ladies who interest you, what ever the reason, and you wish to join again using the same
plan,
you must start paying the initial fee for the first month again.
2. Each month, you can write to any special ladies / Miss Sweet Singles with
the maximum translation/forwarding services = Unlimited times a month.
3.You will need to join for the minimum one month but to obtain your selected ladies personal contact detail or exchange personal contact detail with any of them, you must be a Silver Plan Member for the minimum of 6 months.
4.If you continue your membership for total
10 months, you can utilize our Introduction & Matchmaking Sevice in Thailand free of
charge and get Free Visa Assistance when you find your Thai bride to join you in your
country.
5. If you have paid for some months in advance when you join the silver plan or after
joining for the first month, The remainder will still be billed US$99.99 each month.
For example: The first month, you are billed = $99.99 + . On the second month, you decide
to pay for another 6 months in advance so on the second month, you will be billed = 99.99
x6 = 599.94 + USD. After that you can use translation/forwarding service for unlimited
times each month. On the third month, you will still be billed 99.99 + USD a month for the
next 3 months. You will have paid for your full 10 months service
after only 5 payments in the example. *****
6. Billing Information
As a Silver Plan member, your card will be
billed monthly
and the payment is automatic.
For example : You join date is on 1 April
07, Your next payment will be on 1May
07 and your last payment is on 1 Jan 08 except that you wish to meet with
ladies and use our introduction services before 1 Jan 08 then the balance will need to be
made before meeting with ladies.
**** YOu can come to use introduction services to meet with any ladies of
your selection before your membership will be expired on 1 Jan 08
7. Cancellation Policy:
Payment that you have made is non refundable. You will be billed monthly for the
minimum of 1 month and if you wish to cancel your membership. You must cancel prior to the
next month or before the next payment will be billed. You must receive an email from our
office to confirm the cancellation after sending your email of cancellation to our office.
In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your membership before your
membership has expired, you will need to log into your account and click on the button
" Cancel Membership " and then send email to our office email at
cancel@sweetsingles.com or contact@sweetsingles.com along with
your
membership code number.
For example: Your join date is on 4 May 05, Your next payment is on
............
4 June 07
4 July 07
4 August 07
4 Sep 07 ....... .etc
In case you wish to cancel your membership in Sep 07, you should cancel your membership
before 4 Sep and then email
your request to our office email by 4 Sep, 07 or your card will be billed
automatically on Sep 4, 07 by PayPal system..
After sending your email of cancellation to
our office, you must receive an email from our office to confirm your cancellation.
